Terms of Service
Last updated September 2026. These terms govern your use of the PumpWave console operated by PumpWave Labs, registered in Estonia.
1. What the service does
PumpWave is a browser console that configures and runs volume sessions for a Solana token on Pump.fun and, after migration, on Raydium. A session routes buy and sell orders through a fleet of ephemeral sub-wallets and can post comments and favorites on the Pump.fun board at a density you choose. The service reports what settles on-chain; it does not promise a trending rank, a price outcome or a profit.
2. Fees
A flat 1% fee is charged on the target volume you configure, with a minimum session size of 100 SOL of target volume. The fee is the only payment: it covers Solana base fees, priority fees, Jito bundle tips, sub-wallet funding and the engagement layer. The exact amount is displayed before a session is funded. Unused deposit is returned on-chain when a session ends or is stopped.
3. Custody
The service is non-custodial. You fund a session wallet you control and the engine derives ephemeral sub-wallets from that deposit for the duration of the session. Your seed phrase and primary private key are never requested, transmitted or stored. You are responsible for the contract address you submit; orders routed to an address you entered cannot be recalled.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law that applies to you, to defraud anyone, or to present engineered volume to investors as organic demand. Rules on engineered trading volume, wash trading and market manipulation differ by jurisdiction and remain your responsibility to confirm. PumpWave Labs does not provide legal, financial or tax advice, and nothing on this site is an offer of securities or investment advice.
5. Availability and third parties
Sessions depend on the Solana network, on Pump.fun, Raydium, Meteora, Orca and on Jito relays, none of which are operated by PumpWave Labs. Congestion, outages, protocol changes or third-party policy decisions can delay, degrade or stop a session. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PumpWave Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, or for the market outcome of any token. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the session that the claim concerns.
7. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the product changes; the date at the top reflects the current version. Questions go to support@pumpwave.net.
