What we never ask for

We do not request, transmit or store seed phrases or primary private keys. There is no account, no password and no identity check to open the console. Session sub-wallets are generated for one session and discarded when it ends.

What the site processes

When you open a page, our server and our network provider process the technical data any web request carries: IP address, user agent, referring page and the time of the request. This is used to serve the page and to keep the service secure and available.

When you configure a session, the parameters you enter - contract address, target volume, wallet count, duration and engagement density - are processed to run that session and to display the fee. Public on-chain metadata for the contract address you enter is read from the Solana network; that data is public by definition.

If you write to us by email or Telegram, we keep the message and your address for as long as it takes to answer you and to handle any follow-up.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not share your session configuration with third parties for marketing. Analytics, if enabled, are aggregate and consent-gated.

Third parties involved in a session

Running a session necessarily involves the Solana network and its validators, the Pump.fun and Raydium protocols, and Jito relays. Transactions submitted to a public blockchain are public and permanent; that is a property of the chain, not a choice made by PumpWave.

Your rights and contact

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to processing, by writing to support@pumpwave.net. On-chain records cannot be deleted by us or by anyone else.
